Below the main house is a one bedroom Flat and a Studio. Each of these is self-contained with their own entrance. They can be booked individually or together to accommodate larger groups or extended families who would like to holiday together, while still having their own spaces.

The Flat can accommodate 4 with a queen bed and a single-bed in the bedroom, and two king-single sofa-beds in the living room.

The Studio is ideal for 2 adults with a queen bed and a single bed in an open-plan room.

A superb location in central Paihia, with the main wharf, beaches, cafe's, restaurants and shops all within a 3-5 min walk. Most of Paihia's popular attractions are centered around the Wharf.

We have private off street parking for our guests - a great advantage - especially in season.

One Bedroom Flat

The one bedroom Flat is ideal for families with young / teenage children.

The single bed in the bedroom is great for a youngster with an early bed-time. Parents and/or the rest of the family have the dining and living areas available to relax with a glass of wine, catch up, play a hand of cards, or watch TV.

The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all essentials.

Studio

The self-contained studio unit has an open-plan layout and en-suite bathroom with shower. Ideal for a business trip to the area; or for couples / two singles who need a home-base while exploring the Bay of Islands.

It has a comfy queen bed as well as a single bed.

The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and essentials to make simple meals.

A heat pump air conditioner provides year round comfort. Freeview TV is available and free Wi-Fi and a desk provide the ideal opportunity to access e-mail and keep in touch with family and friends.
